ON Wednesday, company PPT-Transport from Trstenik received the Approval of restructuring from the Privatization Agency. That way, the last step was made in the process of acquisition of this public company from the PPT system by the Dunav Insurance.
In the upcoming period, the program will be realized in three phases. The first phase includes the official transfer of twelve employees of PPT-Transport to Dunav Insurance, followed by the transfer of assets, and finally, the third phase of this program will be the liquidation of the existing company PPT-Transport and end of its existence under that name.
“Since couple of years ago, by the successful transformation of the company, we achieved that PPT-Transport expands the scope of its activities and becomes able to meet the demands of markets other than hydraulics and pneumatics. For more than 15 years we have been in successful cooperation with Dunav Insurance, regardless of the profit we made. I am convinced that we fulfilled the expectations and found ourselves the strategic partner for our company”, said Milorad Obradović, general manager of PPT–Transport AD.
