The best masters have always worked in Petoletka - the best wood turners, welders, rotaries ... However, after years of crisis and implementation of social programs, Petoletka has been left a number of good workers. Thanks to this vocational training program, labor market will again find craftsmen who will be able to achieve the high standards set by the PPT. I hope that the new business year, will bring the increase of business performance and that we will be able to recruit a number of theese young people", said Zoran Veselinovic, CEO of PPT.

"We intend to prepare the labor market to be ready for the arrival of new investors in Trstenik. Then, it should be able to respond the demand for skilled workers. For this reason, we launched a training program which is funded from the budget of the National Service. Each participant gained new knowledge, and therefore, now has a better chance for finding job", underlined Ljubisa Knezevic, Manager of the National Employment Agency, Branch Office Krusevac, Trstenik Service.

During last four weeks, the unemployed have attended practical training in Petoletka. They were organized into six companies of the PPT system. Their training was under the supervision of the Director of production, in cooperation with the best workers of these systems, who made efforts to transfer decades of experience and knowledge to their new colleagues, through the specifics of material processing and manufacturing processes in various ways.
