On 33rd International Film Festival in Palermo, the movie Ginger-more than a game, by Gordan Matic, won two awards – the best foreign movie and the best directing. The awards were given last night to the director Gordan Matic.
“Serbia is the country where movies change the culture of the nation and sport is not just more than a game, it's more than a life. Movies and sport change the society in a best way. These awards from Palermo in the competition of sports movies from all over the world, are the best indicators that the personality of Radivoj Korac is timeless and with no boundaries. Hereby, I thank to the whole team who believed in success“, said the director and screenwriter of the movie Gordan Matic.
Although the movie wasn’t presented in Serbia, the audience in Italy and Lithuania had the opportunity to see it. The team who worked on the movie is eager to present it in Serbia and is hoping that domestic audience will have the opportunity to see it during next year.
